I can unequivocally say that Broad Reach, and Kevin Morgan in particular, is the most ethical and fair General Contractor that I've worked with in my 20 years of being a subcontractor. Not only that, but they also look at the big picture and don't sacrifice quality for schedule and/or money. I make these statements with a lot of knowledge of the construction industry, and we've worked with some of their competitors as well, and Broad Reach is tops.
